Emily creates a personalized care plan for each client taking into consideration their individual needs, health, mobility, household, etc. Emily emphasizes developing a relationship with her clients and treating them with dignity and compassion.
I worked with Emily in the care of an elderly woman in Stanford. I worked as fill-in when other workers were unavailable. Because of Emily’s planning and client-oriented approach, there never was an issue of continuity of care. The care instructions were clear and specific which made stepping in on an infrequent basis seamless for the client.

Due to other obligations and the locations where we live, we have not been able to help him as much as we want to. Dad was very adamant about Mom staying in his care at home, so we began to look for home heath care options in their home town of Stanford.
Our prayers were answered, as Emily Ridgeway of Stanford, was in the process of setting up her home health care business, Little Belt Home Care Services, LLC. Perfect timing! Emily and her employees have been a tremendous help to Mom and Dad, as they help provide Mom's daily needs and lessen the burden on Dad. They are very thoughtful, patient, and kind towards our parents. Emily also provides suggestions from her past experience in elder care, which we so appreciate. Emily and her girls are a bright light in their day as they are very caring, cheerful, and professional.
